Pain is subjective, and much can be determined from where the sufferer is feeling it. The anterior view shows the upper body and spine, while the posterior view displays the mid back, hips, buttocks, lower back and pelvic region. This journal allows you to track your pain levels as well as provide a visual representation of your symptoms. There are also sections to document other things you may feel like nausea, dizziness or other symptoms. The symptom and pain journal also includes sections for logging medications, supplements, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, mood, anxiety, food, exercise, water and hours of sleep each day.
